Q: Can I purchase fireworks anytime of the year?

Of course! Lucky for you we have an all year license, so you can purchase from us anytime to your hearts content. However please keep in mind that you are only legally allowed to store upto 50kg of 1.4G Fireworks 21 days, or 5kg of 1.3g fireworks for 3 days.


Q:How old do I have to be to buy fireworks?

The Law in the UK states that you have to be at least eighteen to purchase fireworks. Please do not take offence to staff id they ask you for I.D upon delivery or collection.


Q: When can I use fireworks?

Legally you can setoff fireworks anytime between 7am and 11am, with a few exceptions being Bonfire Night (Until Midnight), Diwali (Until 1am), Chinese New Year (Until 1am) and the New Year (Until 1am).


Q: Where can I use fireworks?

You can use fireworks on your own property or on someone elses with their permission. You can not set them off in a public place.


Q: Do I need to tell anyone?

Not really but we recommend informing your neighbours so neither them or their animals are disturbed.


Q: What types of fireworks can I buy?

As a member of the public, you can purchase any of our fireworks that land in Categories 1,2 or 3. Category 1 is classed as indoor fireworks. Cat 2 is mainly associated with back garden, and will require an 8m saftey distance from your audience. Cat 3 on the other hand is for large gardens and displays, requiring a safety distance of 25 metres.


Q: What about CAT 4 Fireworks?

These are used by professional display teams, but are not available to the UK public.


Q: Can I buy firecrackers or Mortars?

NO. They are not available to the UK public after being Banned in 1997 due to fatalties.


Q: How much does delivery cost and when will my fireworks arrive?

Q: Can I collect the fireworks from you?

Of course, just make sure to highlight it during the purchase of your order so that we can have your order ready for your arrival.


Q: Can I edit or cancel my order?

Of course, just make sure to infomr a member of staff before the requested delivery date. Cancellations will be refunded within 30 days of payment. Any additional fees for the use of a credit card transaction will NOT be refunded.


Q: How should I store your fireworks?

Even though the fireworks will look amazing, please keep them inside the box during storage in a cool dry place such as a garage.


Q: Whats the best way to secure my fireworks?

All of the fireworks we supply have a line marking for far it should be buried into the ground. Alternatively you put stakes into the ground securing you fireworks to them with a strong tape, or put bricks around the fireworks to prevent it from falling over.


Q: What if it rains?

In the event that it rains, it will not effect the performance of the firework. However the firework needs to be almost dry before ignition otherwise it may fail. We would recommend taking a firework from a dry palce one by one to light during rain. If you are setting a display, try and leave the setting up until the rain stops or you will fire straight away.


Q: How do I prepare a rocket?

First place the firing tube into the ground making sure its stable. Then take your rocket and remove the bottom orange cap revealing the fuse. Lightly insert the rocket into the tube before lighting. DO NOT WEDGE THE ROCKET STICK INTO THE GROUND OR IT WILL NOT FLY UP.


Q: After the display, how do I dispose of the firework carcusses?

Once I firework has been used, only cardboard and packaging will remain. You can dispose of this via a black bin or by burning them outdoors.


Q: A firework didn't go off, what do I do?

Leave the firework for an hour, as sometimes it may still activate after a delay. After that please take photographic evidence of the misfired product and send it to us with an explanation of what happened so we can evaluate and refund accordingly. To dispose of the firework, you soak it in water for 24 hours and then dispose of it in a black bin.
